General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 10 pcs of identical tags.

2. Can I split my order of 5 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 5 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 10 pcs of each design.

3. What are the features of the tracker?

4. What is a Bluetooth tracker?

A Bluetooth tracker is a small device that attaches to personal items, like keys. It pairs with an app on your phone via Bluetooth to help you find or remember nearby items. Bluetooth trackers have a range of up to 300 feet, though the range can vary depending on the Bluetooth version, phone model, and environmental factors.

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 2 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct e-transfer from any local bank in Canada. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?
