General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of identical keychains.

2. Can I split my order of 500 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 250 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 500 pcs of each design.

3. What is the recommended size?

Most of our clients prefer a size of 5 to 7 cm.

4. Can you make a 3D keychain of my favourite celebrity or cartoon character?

We can can make it only if you have the required license. Proof of licence will be required

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 30 to 45 days.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, or direct e-transfer from any local bank in Canada. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Our in-house designers can help you design your 3D keychain. Please write to us at sales@gumtoo.ca to get started with great eye-catching designs.

Prototype

1. Can I get a physical prototype first, before I place my bulk order?

Once the order is confirmed, we will create a pre-production prototype of each design and share an image or video of the same, before proceeding with mass production.

If you want to produce a prototype before confirming the order, sampling charges are applicable. It depends upon the design. Share your design to get the sampling cost.
